Pros:
Fast. Thus far, have only used it to scan and make hard copies.

Cons:
HP sales support answered all my questions (via email) very well during the pre-sales period. After the sale it was obvious to me that they did not even read my email, much less answer it accurately.

Pros:
Al the features you want is included in this little scanner.It scans also negatives and slides.

Cons:
A little bit slow when scanning

I installed this scanner for one of my business customers. They scan contracts and other paper work. They are really satisfied with it especially with the feature that scans duplex copies directly to the default printer.

Pros:
Relatively easy to operate, lot of flexibility in how you can handle a scanned item, scan results are acceptable, not great.

Cons:
Can only scan legal size from the ADF and cannot automatically do it double sided. If I scan from scanner directly to printer, there is a grayish area around the scan. When scanned from the computer (after saving the scan to a program, e.g. Word) this does not happen and the printing is as good as any printed directly from the computer.

If you don''t need really fine results, the scanner is acceptable. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
