Terms and Policies


PCNation employees are trained and knowledgeable about the specifications, features, and advantages of the products and services we offer. Your account manager is able to use his or her knowledge to help provide you with equipment that consistently meets your needs for quality products in a cost effective and timely manner. If you have any questions about products we carry or our policies – PLEASE ASK. Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the United States Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

  • Return Policy

    PCNation is here to help make the return process as easy as possible for you. All products sold by PCNation are covered under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Please contact the warranty service provider listed in your product documentation for trouble shooting assistance regarding possible defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the manufacturer it is determined the product has a defect in workmanship, the manufacturer will either offer to repair or replace the item direct from the factory or may refer you back to PCNation. If they refer you back to PCNation, please log-in to MY ACCOUNT and visit the Return Products page to submit for pre-approval to return the product. NO RETURNS can be accepted without a valid pre-approval and RMA number.

    • All return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

    • Products being returned must contain all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

    • All items being returned for a refund or exchanged for a non-identical item are subject to a 15% return processing fee. Minimum return-processing fee for any refund or credit is $15.00

    • Opened software products and opened consumable items like ink, toner, paper, ribbons, etc. may not be returned under any circumstances.

    • All refurbished products are marked as such and come with a manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished products cannot be returned to PCNation under any circumstance.

    • IMPORTANT - The following brands can only be returned to PCNation if the product is certified as defective by the manufacturer and the manufacturer authorizes a return to PCNation. In these cases, a manufacturer's case number is required for PCNation to process your RMA request. If the manufacturer does not authorize a return to PCNation, the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty service/repair per the terms of the manufacturer warranty. The brands are: Adtran, Allied Telesyn, Apple, APC, Axis, Asus, Dell, Epson POS equipment, Honeywell, Motorola/Symbol, Panasonic,, Canon (Scanners only), Datamax, Polycom, Sony, Samsung, ELO Touchscreen, Zebra, all memory brands, all TV brands.

    • For Lenovo only, all opened non-defective items are non-returnable for credit or refund. Any Lenovo product with a perceived defect in workmanship must be verified with Lenovo Technical Support within 21 days of the ship date. Please call Lenovo at 800-426-7378 for assistance. If Lenovo Technical Support confirms a defect in workmanship, they will provide a Lenovo Defective Case/Authorization number which must then be provided to PCNation within the same 21 days of the ship date in order for PCNation to assist with a return. After 21 days from the ship date, all Lenovo products are covered under the Lenovo manufacturer warranty and can no longer be returned to PCNation for credit or refund.

    • Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges can be made.

    • For all returns, the customer prepays shipping. PCNation is not able to offer reimbursement.

    • On average, it takes 10 business days for returned items to be processed after receipt at the Returns Warehouse. Any applicable credits for returned items will be issued upon completion of return processing and via the same form of payment used on the original transaction.

    • If a package is returned to PCNation and the condition of the box or the actual merchandise does not match the claim, no credit will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.

    • Unfortunately PCNation is not able to offer price protection on products that have already shipped. Any return of a product that has dropped in price will be processed at the then current price.

    • Most shipments from PCNation require a signature at delivery. Returns due to the carriers inability to obtain a valid signature are subject to a return processing fee and no credit of freight charges.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions

    • UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground and other "surface" shipments are not guaranteed to arrive within a certain timeframe. These shipments on average take 2-7 days for delivery from the date the order is credit released.

    • The maximum refund or credit due, in the event an air package is delivered late due to negligence on the part of PCNation or the shipping carrier, will be a refund adjusting the total paid delivery charges to reflect the next lower shipping level.

      We will not be liable for, nor shall any refund or credit of any kind be made as a result of any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, nondelivery, or misinformation, including, but not limited to, any such loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation or failure to provide information caused by or resulting from:

      Perils of air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, riots, strikes or other local disputes, civil commotions, hazards incident to a state of war or weather conditions (as determined solely by the shipping carrier), or national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, due to events beyond our control, or disruption or failure of communication and information systems. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to effect delivery of packages to their destination as quickly as practicable under the circumstances; and we are under no duty to advise you of the potential existence of any one or more of these circumstances.

    • For backordered or out of stock items, PCNation does not offer a price guarantee. If the advertised price of an out of stock item increases, you will be contacted to confirm if you want to proceed based on the current advertised price.

    • Freight options include FedEx Air, UPS Ground and UPS Air. Most in stock, credit approved orders received before 4:00 PM EST. ship same day. Cut off time for FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders is 5:00 PM EST. PCNation reserves the right to substitute LTL carriers for heavy weight Ground and Air orders.

    • While PCNation does it's best to update product availabilty, pricing and product description at our website on a regular basis, we are not responsible for errors in pricing, availability or product descriptions.

    • In the event of an error in product description, PCNation will issue a call tag and offer a complete refund.

    • Occasionally PCNation may not be able to ship an order to California or Massachusetts without an additional handling fee related to state sales tax. (Please note: this is a handling fee, not sales tax). In these cases, you will receive a phone call or email from a PCNation representative offering you the opportunity to cancel your order prior to your credit card being charged.

  • Order Cancellation Policy

    • An order is only considered to be cancelled when the cancellation request is confirmed by PCNation in writing. PCNation will always try to accomodate a cancellation request but can not guarantee that an already placed order can be cancelled. If the order can not be cancelled and the merchandise is no longer needed, it is best to refuse the shipment. Please keep in mind that there is a minimum $15.00 return processing fee and no credit of shipping charges on delivery refusals.
