Just wanted to thank everyone at PC Nation for your prompt and courteous service. I ordered a Garmin 430s, on the advice of my guy at the marina, which turned out to be the wrong model (it was programmed for inland estuaries, and I needed off-shore capability). Your returns dept was friendly and courteous, gave me the information needed to exchange for the correct model for only the price diferential, no penalty applied, and, as I understand it, the correct model is on its way. Often, when shopping on the Internet, I find that I have to be willing to forego good customer service for the best price. Somehow, you folks have managed to offer the best price on this unit with a customer-friendly return policy AND customer-friendly staff! Thanks so much for a truly pleasant shopping experience. The unit was shipped the same day, and with very reasonable Fed Ex Next Day rates, was delivered a little more than 24 hours after I placed the order. In a world that seems to demand that consumers lower expectations or face constant disappointment, it’s nice to see that a company is still 100% dedicated to its customers and their experiences. Good morning. Just wanted to thank you and your company for the excellent customer service that I have recieved. I was a little nervous when I ordered my GPS on line. I have been burned twice by companys that could not or would not deliver as promised on thier web site. I ordered my GPS online on Tuesday evening. I expected my GPS to be delivered within three days which would have been Friday, but I received it on Thursday. Friday morning on my way to work, me and my carpool were all amazed with my new gadget. Im glad there are still companys out there that deliver what they promise.
