My initial monitor came earlier than expected,(Samsung 172X.) After not
being fully satisfied, i quite easily set up a cross-ship with the help
of the friendly (and nearly instantaneously available customer service
team by phone) and cathy (by email) who always responded to my emails
within 24 hours and who was also very instrumental in expediting my
monitor exchange. A few days later, i had my Samsung 173P monitor, was
absolutely thrilled with it, and sent back the 172X the next day.
I had seen some negative comments about pcnation, but after my
experience with them, i can honestly say they had the best prices on the
products i wanted, and truly offered some of the best customer
service/availability i have ever encountered.
i do not normally take the time to write these things, but pcnation
really does know how to run an online business. keep up the good work.

I just wrote a negative feedback about one of your competitors. There is nothing a consumer hates more than dishonesty. Most of all, I just cannot stand when a merchant displays a lower price, then makes up for his lower price with inflated shipping and handling. Thats just plain lying to the consumer. I just wanted to say thank you for for offering very reasonable shipping options. Its a pleasure to to business with a merchant that does not profit from shipping, and puts the customer first.
