Pros:
Wonderful product. I like the fact that when you deviate from the scheduled route, the nuvi will recalculate the route instead of keep saying to turn around like the older garmins. Also, I love that it posts the current speed limit of the road that you are on. Other than construction zones, it will post extremely accurate limits.
Cons:
The only con I can think of is that it tracks my speed consistently two mph faster than my actual speed odometer. I don't have after market rims or tires to throw off my speed odometer or anything. I don't even consider this a con.

I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a navigational device. The price from pc world was excellent, the order and shipping process was top notch, the device was everything I expected it to be and more. Thank you garmin ad pc world for making my travels much more pleasant.

Pros:
I purchased the Garmin 255W a few weeks back. So far, I have been very satisfied with all aspects of the product. I am optomistic that the Garmin 255W will remain in good working order for many years.
Cons:
The instructions, shipped with the unit, were very easy to understand. However, it was not until I obtained more detailed operating instructions that I was able to understand/use the many other (less obvious) features of the device.

Great product. Easier to use than my previous Nextar I4-BC.
On a separate note, I wouldn't object if the Garmin 255W were to include an audible warning tone, which could be turned off and on, as desired, to alert when driving speed exceeds the posted limit. The Nextar I4-BC included this helpful option.

Pros:
The route speed calculation is really fast compared to the nuvi 1300, and we also like the 3d maps
Cons:
The voices are tinny and sometimes hard to understand

We bought this to take on vacation and it was awesome. We didn't even use a map.. It was very accurate and we drove across 3 states. Would highly recommend this to everyone.
