Pros:
Fast, quality scans of prints and negatives. Nice build quality of unit and software package. PC Nation was right on with price and delivery time.
Cons:
The negative/slide carriers are a little flimsy.
Comment:
Consider ordering a firewire cable at the same time especially if you have a MAC with limited USB ports.

Pros:
Super fast - great quality, sturdy design, tons of different size slide scanning trays, software installed flawlessly on my mac.
Cons:
*not really a con* but there''s a ton of functionality and i''ll have to spend a weekend reading and playing to uncover it all!
Comment:
The best money i''ve ever spent on a scanner :) Even though I didn''t spend a lot of time reading the manual the quick start guide had me up and scanning in no time.

Pros:
Outstanding scanner, easy to use, built in calibration using supplied monoco it8 target works great. Couldn''t be more pleased. This is drum scanner quality at flatbed price.
Cons:
I wish the film holders were adjustable or it came supplied with a 5x7 holder.

Pros:
extremely sharp scans, fairly quick and very accurate.
Cons:
Takes up a good amount of space(footprint).
slows down when using "ice", but the scan is sharp.
