Pros:
Plug and Play is great! I use this with my VAIO C210E, work great.
Get to work, plop the laptop down, sign in, within 30 seconds I''m in business.
Keeps all of the wires behind my desk rather than on the side.
The 3 extra USB ports is nice.
Cons:
The only thing that bugs me is that when I put the laptop on, it doesn''t automatically jump to the monitor I have plugged in, I have to log into my user account in windows before it does that, unless I am already logged in.

The only port blocked from use by the port replicator is the on-board video card for an extra monitor, but the replicator has that port at the back.

The Vaio Port Replicator is sleek and user friendly on my home desk. It gives me extra usb ports and the luxury of not having to unplug everything each time I take my laptop to the University.
Cons:
It''s been two weeks and I can''t find any cons about this product.

The Vaio Port Replicator is a smooth design which doesn''t take up any more space on my desk than the laptop is enhances. I simply have to set my Vaio into the replicator base and lift it out. Very convenient compared to the IBM Port replicator I have at my office for my work laptop! The design is also esthetically pleasing.

purchased the vaio port replicator for $29.99 at PCNATION while other places are selling it for up to $300. this product works great, although it could use a speaker port.
