Pros:
Good color, copying and fast. I am very happy with this one.
Cons:
Answering capability, I wish it had the ability to answer, take a message and go into fax receiving.

Sorry we are returning this fax machine because the paper feed tray is defective. We tried numerous ways to make it work, but after cing with the local Staples store who also sells this model, we were told it is defective and should be returned. It is poorly constructed and will not hold the paper size once it is inserted into the bottom position on the machine. As soon as it is inserted, it pushes the paper out the back of the tray and jams the machine. We are returning this for a credit. Thanks

Pros:
Faxing is fast and the doent feeder works very well, so far it has never jammed or pulled more than one at a time. Works perfectly.
Cons:
Telephone handset at times has an echo when talking on the phone, which is a little annoying.

I am very pleased with the unit overall, for the price it is great. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Pros:
Good quality of fax print and copies. The color is a bit better than I expected. Easy to set up and use. Phone reception is very good.
Cons:
Needs to have a 1-2 second time gap on answering machine between end of message and next one. Phone has an irritating "echo" or "hollow" sound at times.
Comment:
Overall I am pleased with this machine. It fill my need for a fax machine with a cordless phone and an answering machine. It seems to be built very well.

Pros:
Great fax. Really fast at scanning doent. Huge memory for holding faxes before they are sent. Great paper feeder. Not taking more than one at a time.

Pros:
Have this machine at home. Works great. Really fast scanning and sending. Great paper feeder for multi- faxes. Phone is good too.
Cons:
Nothing so far. Have had machine for 6 weeks with medium use.
