I''ve only had this printer for a couple of weeks, so writing a review about it seems premature. So far, it''s working fine. I will need time to try various papers and settings to actually know more. In 3 months I will have a better opinion about the Epson 2880.

Excellent black and white printing. Printed colors closeley match screen view without adjustments.
Cons:
Seems to use more ink than previous models

This is a (relative to older Epson Photo 2200) speedier printer with excellent printing on photo paper. I''ve yet to use it on specialty papers and canvas but so far I am very pleased with this purchase.

Pros:
The experience of buying from NICK was extraordinarily good. I will consider buying from PCNation first in the future.
Cons:
I have not yet gotten the printer to function properly. I have had 2 very extensive conversations with Epson Level 2 service and shave onecheduled for this morning. The printer does not properly accept paper. When I have matte black ink installed and want to print on matte paper it tells me to install the photo black ink. The reverse happens for glossy paper. The two or three prints that have come out have been cold in color tone. The same files previously printed on a 2400 were rich and warm color toned.

I will make a decision about keeping this R2880 this morning after speaking with Epson. Thanks for your survey. BB
