Pros:
Perfect for Panasonic TH-42PH10UKA 42" plasma display horizontal/vertical flush mount - only 0.7" thick which is about half thickness of the most universal mount.
The package comes with multilingual instructions with drawing and all the necessary screws/hardware to hang the display to it. (Use six 2" lag screws from and washers, from hardware store, to mount the bracket to the regular 2x4 wood studs.)
Cons:
Cost more than the most universal mount bracket.
