Pros:
Easy to install, FAST! (Really FAST!)
Cons:
No REAL Cons - but I am not too keen on the WebPam software (but it does work OK).
Comment:
Fast - in fact, I am running two 147 GB 15K RPM Fujitsu drives on it striped, and it is simply a SCREAMER!
