Pros:
Wireless setup was trouble-free.
Cons:
One of the color ink cartridges was either empty or malfunctioned causing the print head alignment procedure to fail. Setup could not be completed until I replaced it, but HP was good to send me a replacement.

Pros:
Connected to my network on the first try. Prints very quickly and is super easy to use.
Cons:
Not a direct con of HP, but it was a real bugger to try to get set up to cooperate with Kaspersky. The printer kept telling me it couldn't connect when I was loading, so I just bypassed that step and told it to install. Was frustrating, but it did set up completely and I have NO issues linking to it even with my firewall on.

This is my second printer - one is in the shop and the other is in the house. They're great.
I haven't used the scan function so I rated it as a 1.
We don't recall having a problem with the software.

Little noisy long time to startup
but no reason to takeaway from this well made machine
ink a little pricey

Great Price @ PCNation, An All-in-One that actually Works GREAT! Looks Sharp. Uses very little ink to get a great job done!

Even as an all-in-one it is a big item

Front panel is barely visible. Was originally set up for Japanese users and I could barely see from the panel how to change the language.
