    Pros:
    Nice form factor. Printing is fairly quick. One-button scanning, faxing, etc.
    Cons:
    Keeps freezing up

    i sent it back twice after both printers simply froze up. The control panel just stopped working. Very disappointing.

    Pros:
    Easy to set up wireless; Was able to set up printer in less than 10 minutes on both my desktop and laptop machines.
    Cons:
    Takes some time for the printer to print documents due to preparation. Not very useful if you turn on after it has not been in use.

    The clarity of the copies and faxes is very good.
    Cons:
    It would be nice if the footprint were slightly smaller.

    If you want to print on both sides of s, make sure you get the model 6500 that does that. One of the lower priced models does not print on both sides.
