Pros:
PCNation shipped very quickly. Printer works great once setup, really fast print engine and love the duplex feature.

Brother printer setup was not smooth.

I purchased an Epson wireless ink jet printer and setup was a breeze on all computers on my network (wired and wireless).
However, the Brother printer was not so simple. It took a lot of attempts to get the desktop computer working (which is connected to the network via ethernet). Had to remove all previous Brother drivers and ensure that the router was properly setup (use MAC address restriction in router). Could not get the one button setup (router SAS) to work. To remove the brother drivers you need to get an application from Brother support. After multiple attempts, finally got everything working on the desktop computer.
The only way to get a second computer (WiFi Dell Laptop) to print on this printer was to use the Add Printer wizard in Windows XP and use the printers HTTP://IP address to establish the printer. I did not install the Brother software, only browsed to the driver when setting up the new printer in the wizard. This method of setup in not in the setup instructions or on the Brother support web site.
