Comment about CyberPower Intelligent LCD CP1500AVRLCD 1500VA UPS This is a good UPS, it says it will power my beefy desktop system for 27 minutes which is what I need. Poor packing by PCNation resulted in minor damage in shipping however so I''m not sure I would buy it here again. It was free shipping so I guess you get what you pay for.

Ran the server and essential network equipment when the AC power was lost during the storm. Good control software.
Cons:
The UPS was defective upon delivery. Neither the battery-backed or switched outlets worked. CyberPower quickly processed the RMA and picked up shipping costs. The second unit was shipped with the power switch on, so it was dead upon receipt. It worked as doented once it was charged.
Comment about CyberPower Intelligent LCD CP1500AVRLCD 1500VA UPS I''m a little concerned that there were issues with both units. The first one appeared to have been sent out with no testing (not surprising on a new unit). I''m guessing the second one was tested, but the tester neglected to shut it off before shipping.

The product was received without any damge. It operated correctly on its initial startup and has continued to do so.

To date, there are no cons to mention except that the LCD screen annot be set for "always on"..
