Patented SafeSense Technology features an active sensor that stops the shredder immediately when hands touch the paper opening. Energy Savings System reduces energy consumption by up to 70 percent, compared to conventional shredders during normal usage. Shredder shreds 14 sheets per pass into 5/32" x 1-1/2" confetti particles (Security Level 3). You can also shred staples, paper clips, credit cards and CDs/DVDs. Maximum runtime is 12 minutes with a 20-minute cool-down. Electronic auto start/stop feature ensures quick, easy shredder operation.
