DisplayPort Extender for Digital Signage in Schools, Trade Shows and Lecture Halls

This complete transmitter and transceiver system is recommended for video presentations in conference rooms, schools, trade shows, meeting facilities, houses of worship, retail settings, hotels and other digital signage applications where the source and display are farther apart than conventional AV cables allow. The B127A-111-BDTDA extends 4K signals from a DisplayPort source to a DisplayPort monitor up to 230 feet (70 meters) away with zero latency via user-supplied Cat6 cabling.

Transmits Crystal-Clear 4K Video with Multi-Channel Audio and 4:4:4 Color

The B127A-111-BDTDA supports Ultra HD 4K resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz with 7.1-channel surround sound via the transceiver's TOSLINK audio output. Built-in equalization allows you to fine-tune the image quality at the remote display. HDCP 2.2 encryption allows you to stream 4K content with no complications. This extender kit also supports uncompressed 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor. 

Local HDMI Port on Transmitter Supports 4K @ 60 Hz Resolution

To monitor the video signal being extended to the transceiver, connect a 4K display to the transmitter's local HDMI port with a user-supplied HDMI cable (such as P568- or P569-Series).

Built-In PoC Technology Provides Power to Avoid Bulky External Power Bricks

Power over Cable (PoC) technology powers either the transmitter or transceiver over Cat6 cable. Connect the included power supply at either end to power the entire installation. LEDs on both the transmitter and transceiver light up to indicate the system is receiving power and a signal is being transmitted. PoC helps you avoid the hassle of a bulky power brick and gives you the freedom to place one end where needed without worrying about finding a nearby AC outlet.

Create a Daisy Chain to Achieve Even More Distance

This extender kit is capable of forming daisy-chain installations up to 920 feet (280.4 meters) from the transmitter by connecting additional B127A-110-BD transceivers (sold separately). Up to four total transceivers can be chained together, each capable of extending a 4K 60 Hz signal up to 230 feet per unit. The kit is also compatible with the B127A-010-H signal booster (sold separately), which allows the signal, when used in a daisy chain, to be enhanced up to 1,090 feet (332.2 meters) total. Note : B127A-010-H will only work when used in the first link of the daisy-chain installation.

Plug-and-Play Operation for Quick Setup and Immediate Use

The included transmitter and transceiver work right out of the box with no software required. Mounting hardware is included for installing the transceiver on a wall, pole or 19-inch rack. Connect the transmitter to the source and the transceiver to the display with user-supplied DisplayPort cables (such as P580-Series). Then, connect the two units with user-supplied Cat6 Ethernet cable (such as N202-Series).
